I am passionate about flowers.

As both a grower and a florist, the plants and flowers I cultivate are a constant source of inspiration. 

Through drawing, I carefully observe the complexity of each plant, then translate these observations into sculptural forms using a fabric manipulation technique. Each flower is individually stitched, everyone unique. 

Working without colour, I focus solely on the three-dimensional qualities of each flower, exploring its natural form to create an everlasting botanical interpretation.

Crafted from composite fabrics, some are delicately balanced on fine wires, displayed within glass domes or on plinths, while others are preserved behind glass as framed botanical artworks.

Each piece celebrates the intricate beauty of nature, capturing the essence of a flower in a permanent sculptural form.
